  • When I have a toothache that causes me to hold my mouth funny, and I don’t feel right.
  • When I have a cast on my wrist and my arm is heavy and I walk weird because of it.
  • When I have a big project due and a lot of problems to solve, even when it is fun.
  • Before, during, and after a family vacation.
  • When I am sick.
  • When everyone else is sick.
  • When I am tired.
  • When I hit my head getting into the car.
  • When I am exercising a lot.
  • When I am studying a lot.
  • Before a test.
  • Before I run a cross country meet.
  • After gymnastics practice.
  • When I am grouchy.
  • When social media is too much.
  • When the news is terrible.

  • When the in laws leave.
  • After riding a bike.
  • After playing in the waves.
